 無麩質意粉 8 安士  8 oz gluten-free pasta

 

Vegetables

 蔬菜

 蘑菇 8 安士 8 oz mushrooms

 車厘茄 2 杯 2 cups cherry tomatoes

 紅洋蔥 1 個 1 red onion

 冷凍青豆 1 杯 1 cup frozen green peas

 

Seasoning

 調味

 

橄欖油 1 湯匙 1 Tbsp olive oil

鹽 1/4 茶匙 1/4 tsp salt

黑胡椒 1/4 茶匙 1/4 tsp black pepper

綜合香草 1/4 茶匙(可省略) 1/4 tsp mixed herbs (optional)

蘋果醋 1 茶匙 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

新鮮芫茜 1/4 杯 1/4 cup fresh parsley

 METHOD

 做法

 

1 預熱焗爐至 200°C。 Preheat oven to 200°C.

 

2 按包裝指示煮意粉。瀝乾備用。 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

 

3 切好蘑菇、車厘茄及紅洋蔥。青豆解凍。 Slice mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Thaw green peas.

 

4 將蘑菇、車厘茄及紅洋蔥放入大碗。加入橄欖油、鹽、黑胡椒及香草。拌勻。 Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well.

 

5 將蔬菜鋪在烤盤上。 Spread vegetables evenly on a baking tray.

 

6 焗 20 分鐘。翻動蔬菜。加入蘋果醋及青豆。再焗約 7 分鐘。 Bake for 20 minutes. Turn vegetables. Add vinegar and peas. Bake for another 7 minutes.

 

7 將意粉與蔬菜拌勻。最後加入芫茜。 Combine pasta with roasted vegetables. Top with fresh parsley.

 

Serve warm.
