現貨
問：現貨商品幾時發貨？
答：現貨商品會於下單後24小時內用順豐速遞寄出（如遇特殊情況會提前通知）。商品一旦寄出，即視為交易完成，不設退換或退款。
預購
問：預購商品多久能收到？
答：預購商品由海外訂貨，約6星期抵港，再安排寄送。若缺貨，會全額退款。
問：預購商品可以退換嗎？
答：預購商品不設退換，請下單前確認款式及顏色。
發貨方式
答：所有商品均由順豐快遞寄出，運費由收件人於收貨時支付，安全快捷，無需提前支付運費款項。
貨到時間
答：現貨商品約24小時內發貨；預購商品約6星期後到貨。如同時購買現貨與預購，會一起待預購商品到貨後寄出，請耐心等候。
寄送地區
答：目前只提供香港地區寄送服務。
In-stock Items
Q: When will in-stock items be dispatched?
A: All in-stock items are dispatched via SF Express within 24 hours of order placement (we will notify you if there are any unexpected delays). Once dispatched, orders are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Pre-order Items
Q: How long does it take to receive pre-order items?
A: Pre-orders are sourced from overseas and typically arrive in Hong Kong within around 6 weeks before being sent out. If the supplier is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Q: Can I return or exchange pre-order items?
A: Pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check styles and colours carefully before ordering.
Shipping Method
A: All items are shipped via SF Express with shipping fees payable by the recipient upon delivery only. This means the shipping cost is collected on delivery; payment for goods is settled separately. Fast, safe, and reliable.
Delivery Time
A: In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Pre-order items take about 6 weeks to arrive. If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. Thank you for your patience.
